Mr. Bishop’s unique skill set includes real estate finance, land planning, construction management, development, acquisitions, property management, and portfolio management. His educational background includes a BBA from Baylor University with a double major in Finance & Real Estate.

Gilman is Chair of the San Diego BIA Urban Housing Council and an active member of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce’s Infrastructure, Housing & Land Use Committee.
