290 E Street is a proposed mixed-use redevelopment of a former gas station site into a 5-story building comprised of 23 units of apartments over ground floor retail and parking. The project is located in the up and coming 3rd Street Corridor Shopping District of Chula Vista, CA.
Bishop & Company was retained by the owner to provide 3rd party development management services from development concept through completion. The project is currently going through entitlements and is slated to break ground in 2023.
