City24 is a proposed redevelopment of a former gas station site into a 3-story hotel building comprised of 24 hotel suites over a lobby and parking. The project is located in the Midtown neighborhood of San Diego, CA.
Bishop & Company was retained by the owner to provide 3rd party development management services from development concept through completion. The project is currently going through construction bidding and debt solicitation and is slated to break ground in mid 2022.
