Completed in 2020, Keeler Development retained Bishop Ventures from concept through completion as 3rd party development manager to direct this $13M, 5-story, 36-unit apartment development with ground floor office.

The project was well-received by the community, garnering unanimous approval at Uptown Planners Committee.

Located on a gateway corner to San Diego’s thriving Hillcrest community, this 15,000 square foot urban infill site at 1445 Washington Street enjoys modern architecture, Class A interior finishes, and close proximity to the area’s best shopping, including the area’s largest farmers market, and entertainment.

On-Site Housing

Bishop Ventures believe that onsite affordability is a high priority and ownership forwent paying inclusionary housing fees and included 12% of the base zoning’s allowable residential density as very low-income units for veterans.
