Completed in 2020, Keeler Development retained Bishop Ventures from concept through completion as 3rd party development manager to direct this $13M, 5-story, 36-unit apartment development with ground floor office.

Joint Ventures

Bishop Ventures actively pursues joint venture opportunities with land owners, developers, and public agencies throughout the Southern California region. With Bishop Venture’s strong background in mixed-use as well as mixed-income development, the firm’s focus is primarily San Diego County redevelopment sites that can accommodate 50-100+.

Bishop Ventures does not shy away from complex deal structures, having successfully executed joint ventures, long term ground leases, and public-private partnerships and welcomes such opportunities.

Bishop Ventures has the management expertise necessary to direct all facets of a development project and the ability to quickly be engaged at any stage of the process.

From brownfields to wetlands, historic rehab to ground-up construction, Bishop Ventures has the experience to manage the due diligence, acquisition, financing, design, permitting, construction, and development of challenging projects.
